Regional Operating Manager

Dale House is a 30 year veteran of the Brokerage and Property Management business. He began his career with Pardoe Real Estate in Washington DC in 1992 and became the Washington Rookie of the Year for Sales in 1993. When NRT purchased Pardoe in 1998, Dale was a top producer and also worked Coldwell Banker Property Management Operations in the Washington Metro area. Dale became Senior Manager and Washington Regional Operations manager of the Washington Metro in 2006 and in 2010 became the Regional Director of Property Management for the Washington and Baltimore Regions for Coldwell Banker Property Management. Dale continues in the role of Regional Operations Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region that covers Washington D.C., Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and the Pennsylvania region. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

    Business Development Manager

    Rodney started his career as a Realtor and Property Manager for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services nearly 20 years ago. Rodney has served as a Property Manager and leasing agent for Coldwell’s Pittsburgh metropolitan area as well as Director of Property Management in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. Currently, he holds the title as HomeRiver Group® Pittsburgh Regional Operations Manager and Broker of Record for Pennsylvania. He is an instructor of NRT’s “Educational Development School of Real Estate” and leads the “Leasing Certification” class for Coldwell Banker Agents.

    He oversees the day to day operations for HomeRiver Group Pittsburgh and is heavily involved in ensuring his Pennsylvania team generates “quality results” all while focusing to ensure policy and procedures are followed and clients receive top notch support. His hard work and dedication have helped him lead the Pennsylvania Property Management team to success.

    Senior Property Manager

    Terri was born in California, devoted the majority of her life in Erie, Pennsylvania, joined the U.S Navy upon graduating high school and then received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Terri has been involved in the property management business for almost 10 years. In 2015, Terri moved to Maryland to become a Regional Property Manager, overseeing 7 manufactured home communities in Ohio and Pennsylvania. In 2017, Terri moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to join Home River Group as a Property Manager and in 2021 became Pennsylvania's Senior Property Manager. She looks forward to working with her clients and tenants each day!

    James comes to HomeRiver Group with extensive experience in management of 100+ residential portfolios across the greater Pittsburgh region. His background includes oversight of all levels of property/ project management from routine maintenance to large scale project supervision. He has a vast knowledge of local regulations and codes and how they impact landlords and the management of property, I believe in strong communication with both owners and tenants to provide support and guidance through any issue in the management process. James is a licensed realtor in the State of Pennsylvania.
